This website aims to introduce and explain a
little about Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and how it can help a wide
variety of problems associated with our mental health. Whilst CBT is
available within many mental health services, there can be difficulty accessing
a service due to excessive demand, and it is helpful to learn some
self help techniques at home - CBT is after all, guided self-help. The
internet gives us opportunities that previously didn't exist, and this site
helps direct you to other websites that offer online resources, including
computerised CBT and online self-help manuals.
