Computerised CBT (cCBT)

Beating the Blues is now available on 'prescription' from your GP.  You can complete the 8 sessions (1 hour each week) online in your own home, or using a computer at the Castel Hospital.  Ask your GP if you believe you will benefit from this. Group:  Introduction to CBT for Depression / Anxiety

Also available via your GP - ask your doctor for details.  The group will be held at the new Mind Centre, comprising 7 sessions of 90 minutes - 6 weekly sessions, and a follow-up session one month later.   More details about CBT here
