The reservation
will be held for 7 days from the time of provisional booking by email or
telephone.
A deposit of
25% of the cost of the rental is required to secure the reservation. If
the booking is less than one month before the date of the start of the holiday
rental, then the total amount should be paid.

The booking
will be confirmed by email on receipt of your completed booking form and deposit.
You will receive essential
information regarding travel directions and access to the
house after payment of the full amount, which should be paid one month before
