The weekends racing starts with the loading of the boat on Tuesday morning at 8 am, competitors insure the car / bike / kart ect for the boat journey this covers loading / unloading and loss in transit. The boat leaves at 2pm and takes 3 hrs to get there. Some club members fly or go with the boat to help unload.

118-118

John Robert is the compare for the night and this year he was as good as ever even finding time to throw a little humor back at all the people who shout out 118-118 I've got your number so he wore the T-shirt just to make a point (top bloke). then its the after presentation meet up in the Albert till late.

 -

-----------In the morning it is a leisurely get up and breakfast at 9 then its up to the airport for your flight home . then its time to tow your car home.

The weekend is a busy one but very enjoyable and well worth the cost, when you think that the Alderney hill and sprint entrys plus your car there and back is only £200, Compared with lets say a Jersey hill costing about £450 for one event with a two night stay then it is truly good value for money.
