of the Guernsey Business School including topics such as Knowledge Management,
Managing Change, Managing the Customer, Strategic Thinking, Scenario Planning,
Performance Management, E Commerce developments, Emotional Intelligence, Legal
developments re employment law in Channel Islands etc.
Developed series of data protection courses and
workshops to facilitate the introduction on new Data Protection laws in
Guernsey. These courses commenced with a breakfast seminar, that developed into
workshops that examined in detail the various codes of practice that support
the legislation. At the same time the need for basic induction courses in data
protection was identified and these sessions are offered “in house” and have
been a resounding success in themselves as well as being a good point of sale
for other Business School products.
Worried about "real quality" issues in
competence based courses and other non traditional courses.
Interested in critical thinking and its use in
developing the learning experience.
