The noble district is an area of great political and economic importance and is often visited by the player characters in search of answers to questions, for economic reasons or just for buying a decent set of clothes. It is the where many of the dukes, barons and squires in the Heptarchy have a city home away from their estates.
It is well patrolled and guarded by personal bodyguards. Casual passers by are often stopped and questioned if they look out of place. In particular you can find the residence of Baron Olaf and Squire Rowan here.
