The Guild halls district is the ecomomic centre of New Hedelburg. All the major guilds have their guild houses in this district, particularly the Merchants Guild, the Carters, the Jewellers Guild, the Tailors Guild, the Bards Guild and the Weavers Guild. Also in this district is the Temple of Crone - Goddess of Hearth, Home and Women
 

The Carters Guildhall is north of a textile factory and west of
a set of cottages in a compound. Seven carts can be seen in the
L shaped courtyard. The main doors are below the north stairs. There
is also a set of stairs decending to the basement. Small guard house
in south west corner beside main gates. There is a laden cart in front
of the Guild hall.
