THE FOREIGN DISTRICT The foreigners district is home to many of the more colourful inhabitants of New Hedelburg, including several of the player characters. Flim, Cassie and Bryyn live in a large apartment above Mrs Miggins Tea Shop. Impecunious the moneylender has a stall in this district, Wegner lives in Red Barn square in this district and the Swans Neck Theatre with Sad Alex the down and out are also to be found here.
