A deposit of 20% is to be made on confirmation of booking, with the balance to be paid for six weeks before the day of arrival. The deposit is returnable if cancellation is made up to four weeks before arrival. After that period the whole of the deposit is retained.

A deposit of £100 is also required on arrival in case of breakages, damage etc. The whole or part thereof will be repaid at the end of your stay. Small accidental breakages will not be charged for.
