CONDITIONS OF HIRE

All bookings are subject to the following conditions that are intended to enhance the comfort and enjoyment of all our tenants as well as to ensure compliance with regulations imposed by the proprietors of the campsite

1. Whilst every effort is made to hold accommodation for the dates specified in telephone conversations or written applications, no firm booking can be made until receipt by us of a booking form accompanied by the appropriate payment and until confirmation of receipt and acceptance of the booking has been sent.

2. In order to secure a booking, an initial payment of £75.00 per week must accompany the completed booking form. If we are unable to accommodate a booking for any reason, this initial payment will be returned. This sum is not returnable in the event of cancellation by the hirer. Eight weeks prior to the commencement of the hire period, the balance of the hire charge must be paid. A reminder will be sent. Should the hirer be obliged to cancel the holiday for reasons beyond his/her control, the balance of the hire charge can be refunded only if the accommodation is re-let. It is, therefore strongly recommended that you arrange cancellation insurance for your own protection.

3. The hirer is responsible for the holiday home and its contents. The hirer agrees to leave the accommodation and its contents in a clean and tidy condition, so that it is ready for immediate occupation on his/her departure. We charge a £15.00/20€ non returnable equipment damage waiver to cover accidental damage or loss up to £100.00/170€, any loss or malicious damage greater than £100.00/170€ will be charged in full. It is not permitted to keep any inflammable substances (petrol/paraffin etc.) or to deep fry food in the holiday home.

4. The hirer is understood to agree and be bound by the rules and regulations of the campsite and accept full responsibility for other members of his/her party. The use of all site amenities including swimming pools etc. is entirely at the users risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury to a user.

5. In the event of circumstances beyond our control requiring us to cancel a booking e.g. because of the non availability of accommodation due to fire or other damage, repayment in full of any monies paid in respect of the booking will be made. However, whilst we would do all in our power to find suitable alternative accommodation, we can accept no liability what so ever in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the hirer in these circumstances.

6. Unless otherwise agreed the period of hire shall commence at 16.00 hours on the date of commencement and end at 10.00 hours of the day of termination of the hire period.

7. The owners cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to persons or property or for additional expenses incurred resulting from hire of our holiday homes or from use of our equipment. The hirer is advised to arrange suitable insurance cover.

8. A £50.00 damages and cleaning deposit will be added to your final account which is returnable to you on departure, providing that there has no damage, breakage and that the mobile home has been left in a clean condition.

9. The provision of the campsite facilities and amenities are the responsibility of the campsite proprietor. Some advertised facilities may not be open at the start and at the end of the season.

10. We will do our best to comply with the requests of our clients, but in no circumstances can we guarantee this or accept bookings under such conditions.

11. All bookings are accepted at the discretion of ACCENTS FRANCE MOBILE HOMES.

12 Smoking is not permitted in the mobile homes.
