Our Administration and Booking Offices

are on the ground floor of the Dorey Centre of St James.

A Booking Office is also opened at the entrance to the Concert Hall before the start of any event for tickets to be purchased for that event.

Priority booking for Friends of St James opens three weeks before the start of the bi-monthly diary

Tickets for all concerts are available to the public from two weeks before the start of the bi-monthly diary

Monday - Friday        9.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. Saturday                   10.00 a.m. - 12 noon

45 minutes prior to performance.

Advance bookings by telephone and by post. Access and Visa accepted during normal opening hours, weekdays only.

Postal booking - please enclose a stamped addressed envelope and make cheques payable to The Friends of St James Association. Bookings by post received up to 4 days prior to an event will be kept at the box office for collection on the night.

Telephone booking - collect or send a cheque within seven days for tickets booked in advance.

Mastercard and Visa cards accepted for advance bookings. No Credit Cards accepted on Saturdays or at performances.

Tickets will not be refunded within seven days of a performance. Each cancellation will incur an administration fee of £3.

Advance booked tickets must be collected and paid within one week. Reserved, unpaid tickets may not be held after this time and will automatically be available for sale on the booking plan.

FACILITIES FOR PHYSICALLY DISABLED

Easy access for wheelchairs through the main doors; accessible toilet facilities; allocated parking only by advance request to the Administration office, Tel: 711360.

A wheelchair is available at St James for use in the building. Please telephone 711360 for further information.

A hearing aid loop has been installed for the hard of hearing.
