10th - 11th June 2011 

This annual International Meet is being held in Hungary next year. We don't always go to these events but we really fancied the trip through France, and our first visit to Switzerland.  We couldn't have gone to a more pretty place, it was really great and the Sun even came out on Sunday, all day.  If you want to see video and others photos go to http://www.imm2011.org/

Here we have our Guernsey representatives Minis, Paul Buckingham, Eric Trump and Ken Queripel. We all travelled up to Saint Stephan in Switzerland to reach this place of  paradise - very pretty and well worth the trip.  As you will see, little Jenson is leaning on Daddy's Mini, it was also his sixth birthday.  We're not all bad, we took him to Euro Disney on the way home.

This is our digs - you can see it is lovely too - we were tempted to camp, and some did as you will see, but could you climb up there !

This we have not seen before as most choose to have the tent on the ground but believe or not, there were a few like this.  Not for me !

Then there were those Mini's who just wanted to hide - Shame !!!!!

Gesy and Jenson have some fun - as you can see we were flying the Flags.

This Mini will never get lost in the crowd.

This stretched Mini was for the elite.

Jenson was puzzled as to why the owner of this Mini, couldn't decide what colour to paint it.

We had some unusual entertainers, and these are the biggest cow bells I have ever seen.

This was the Show and Shine, unfortunately we didn't win anything, but hey, it is the taking part that counts.

We thought we needed a rest - after all we had done a lot of driving. Gesy, Eric, Frank, Pam and Ken.

This was a very unusual new Mini - and it attracted quite a few viewers.

But right - this is what this trip was all about - Mini People.
