IMPORTANT  hotel booking must be by telephone. 

This is because we already have a block booking with the hotel.  If you book online the system will probably show the hotel as ‘full’.  Please remember to quote “Friends of Bill W convention” as we have also negotiated special prices for you which are not available online.
