Accommodation: 4 adults + children (sorry no dogs except guide dogs). The entrance hall lounge with spiral staircase leads straight into the sunlounge. Upstairs the master bedroom has en-suite facilities, king-size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The second double room has twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table and hair dryer. A second bathroom is situated by the sunlounge.

NB. This is a no smoking establishment.

Our week is from 3pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday

**Special terms for longer lets**

Down stairs there is a large kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV etc. Additional facilities include a further TV, video unit, tumble drier, automatic washing machine and security lights. There are fitted carpets throughout with ceramic floor tiles in the sunlounge, bathrooms and kitchen. Electricity and oil is included in the price and there is a pay phone 265748. The sunlounge furniture includes a single seater sofa bed. Also available are a cot, children's beds, high chair and child gates for the staircase.

There is a large garden with patio area, table, chairs and benches. The wing has it's own bench situated over the view of the setting sun
